posting for wed training rides...
Purpose---interval are one of most effective ways to improve aerobic capacity/lactac threshold,,they are usually not enjoyable but will make you mo better
 
Where- the usual Chevron at 43rd and Millhopper
 
When - wed, july 29th  at either 9AM for day riders,,and 6PM for folks who work till 5pm
 
How- this will be simple out and back course, not a ride loop,,,there will be no traffic  lights,etc to insure rider safety,,,,and riders will go out in group of mutual speeds...
Who- this is geared to anyone from low bee to gliders that wants to improve their speed and endurance.,should be done in hour .....
