As far as massages go ~ in my experience/opinion:

Spa Royale is no good.
Escape Day Spa is pretty good, but the facility is older than you'd expect for it being in Haile Plantation [expensive development].
Cloud 9 Salon & Spa has a great atmosphere and quality is mostly hit [than miss]. But it can take a couple of weeks to get an appointment.
Chelsea at A Better Massage http://www.abettermassage.biz/index.html is just as good if not better, and you can usually get an appointment on the same day if you call early. Even if the whole setting is not "spalicious".

Next week I'll talk about which restaurants will blow your socks off and which I wouldn't let your cat eat at. (kidding!)
