On Saturday November 5, the Strays will join the EZ Riders on the Nature Coast Trail for a ride of between 25 and 30 miles, going from Trenton to Old Town, to Fanning Springs and part way to Chiefland.
 
Average Speed 12 - 14 mph. This course is flat as a pancake.
 
Arrive at 9 am to start at 9:15 prompt.
 
There will be a rest room / convenience store stop about the mid point.
 
After the ride the hungry will join George and crew at the Boarding house for the inexpensive southern style buffet.
 
Helmets are REQUIRED on all Strays rides, mirrors recommended, headphones forbidden.

To get to the Nature Coast Trail head:
 
Starting at the Oaks Mall on Newberry Road (26) the distance to Trenton is 25 miles. Follow 26 thru the town of Newberry. until you arrive in Trenton, at the intersection of 49 - 129 and 26 turn right on 49 -129, going North. In a couple of blocks you will see the old train depot on your left, and behind it the towns water tower, painted light blue. The trail head is on the north side of the depot. Park on either side of the depot, in the paved lot on the south side or in the grass on the north side.
