Training at the "Frozen Ice Track" continues (the Progress Park loop).  This week is shaping up to be pretty cold I would suggest some warm clothing to get you through. There will be extra bonus points awarded to the individual who brings a). Space Heater and b). Extension cord long enough to run it! On the bright side at least it doesn't look like it is going to rain, although I have to admit that last Thursday turned out to be a great night to ride. The skies actually cleared to allow the full moon to shine through, the light from the moon was almost bright enough to eliminate the need for lights.

Don't let the threat of a little cold air keep you from enjoying a great ride, remember it's rides like tonight that make for great stories!

I want to stress how important it is to have a Headlight and Taillight on this ride, please do not attend this ride if you do not have these items. This is not only for your safety but also for the safety of the group.

Time:

Tuesday and Thursday evening at 6:00 p.m.

Where:

Progress Park in Alachua

The progress park is located just outside of Alachua on 441. We park in the parking lot closest to 441 North-East corner.

Helmets are required on all GCC Rides. You will also need a headlight and a tail light for this ride. The nights have gotten a little chilly so arm and knee warmers are a plus.

Thanks, look forward to seeing you at the ride!

Scott
