Join me for a run-walk at about 11min per
mile pace on Thursday 6:10 p.m. from Bike Works parking lot in Tioga Town
Center. If people show this and next week, we'll make it
permanent. Thanks for the prodding on this from many of you, sorry we
didn't start sooner. Fast people are welcome, but this is mainly
for cross training cyclists. Eventually we'll work up to running
cross country at The Rock trails. We will warm up fast walking,
stretch, and then alternate running and walking as is the new method
I've heard a lot of good things about.
Unless otherwise informed, I'm assuming the GCC
insurance doesn't apply to runs.
And yes, feel
free to make jokes about cyclists running. I used to be a runner--I
can take it.
