As I guessed, the wildflowers in the Evinston area were pretty much at their peak yesterday, for the Strays ride. Always a good area for a generally scenic ride, but particularly so at that moment. The flowers won't last long, so see them while you can, if this interests you. Lots of Spiderwort, poppies, onions, mullen, phlox, dandelions, (something that looks like black eyed susies), pickerel and a few others.
