Sorry to here that Michael.
I was VERY looking forward to riding this Saturday, as I have missed the last couple rides .... so I'll step up and see if we can keep it going.
Let's meet at the NW Chevron and due the North Newberry Route. The plan, for now, would be for the 40 mile option, but if the majority want to do the 50 mile loop I'm certainly in for that also. So I'll copy Mike's form and we will go as follows:

Day: Saturday, July 4th

Time: 7:15 am meeting, 7:30 am departure (NOTE: NEW EARLIER TIME AS DISCUSSED AND AGREED TO AT LAST WEEK’S RIDE)

Meeting Place: NW Chevron at 43rd ST. and Millhopper Rd.

Route and Mileage: North Newberry Ride. 40 Mile  short loop is the plan . 50 mile option if agreed to before the ride.

Pace: The HighBees ride pace is about 16-17 MPH. This is a friendly, no drop ride; we re-group at all turns when needed.

If you are new to GCC and are looking for a weekly ride with a moderate pace and moderate distance, please feel free to join us.

See you Saturday,

Brian Johnson

To All HighBees:

I am very sorry that I have to cancel the posted ride for this Saturday. Due to a medical issue that just came up I was advised this morning by my doctor not to ride for a little while. As soon as possible I will post a ride and do the one previously planned for this Saturday to include a swim and beer after the ride. Hopefully, someone else will be able to post a ride for the HighBees for this Saturday. If I find that I am not going to be able to post a ride for next Saturday, I’ll send out an e-mail by mid-week so someone else will hopefully post one.

Ride safe,

Mike
