Off-roaders

Meet at Bike Works parking lot 8:00 a.m., leave 8:10 a.m. for a "Glider-paced" (fit, but not super-duper fast) off-road ride, about an hour, two laps, at The Rock trail (which is about 3/4 mile away, good pavement warm-up).

Excluding the more technical section just to the west of the first parking lot, I usually do the regular loop counter-clockwise in about 30 minutes, cruising pace.  No faster than that.  If you are a little slower than me, I don't mind chilling.  If you're a little faster, I don't mind being pushed.  Great "Cross" ride for an A rider with a free Monday morning.  I've ridden 29er accompanied by a Cross-ridin' set of As, and it was a lot of fun for all.  Meet back at the shop for coffee, tales of sand and roots.

I am not riding the tech section tomorrow.  A lot of us are a little less certain about our off-road abilities, so if you wanna call and ask about the pace/the trail, I'm happy to discuss.
