Please spread the word that the races this weekend will be happening. Please keep in mind that we almost lost the priviledge to use the race course because of the carelessness of a few cyclists.  As always, park only in the grass, use only the port-o-let to relieve yourself, and most of all be considerate of the business owners there.  Try to make an extra effort to get that message on to "out of towners" as well.   

 

Another suggestion that could help in the future: please ask permission to use the area for regular training sessions/parking.  Although use of the roads is public, there are obviously no provisions for restrooms out there, all of the parking lots are private property, and i know for a fact that traffic laws are not being obeyed.  Think about not only your safety, but also how your actions affect people who actually do the extra work to keep things amicable.

 

I have attached the 2006 race flyer.  If whoever is in charge of the website at this point could update it online, that would be a great help in letting people know the races are still going to happen.
