For the curious….
The Saturn Santa Fe Century came near the record set in 2005 when it was also the Share The Road Rally (421), with 417 riders signing up to ride. 266 signed for the 100, 123 for the 56, and 27 for the Millhopper Ramble.
The Horse Farm Hundred broke last year’s record (764) with 797 riders signing up to ride. 504 registered for the full hundred, 69 for the Rush 55, 159 for the 45 mile Horse Farm Tour, and 65 for the shorter Horse Farm Tours.
221 riders planned to ride both days, with 123 of those doing both centuries.
One of the most amazing numbers is that 94 persons volunteered to help during the Festival. That is the only reason we can put on an event of this magnitude.
