A few volunteers are needed for
our Annual GCC Saturday, December 15th 6:00
PM
– 10:00 PM Our Annual Holiday Party is less than 1 week away.
We still
have a need for a few volunteers in 2 areas.
The first is with set-up for the event. Diann
Dimitri
will chair the set-up scheduled for Friday night (December 14th) at 6:00 PM
and
will be a party in is own right. The club will provide pizza and
sodas
and we will have a good time in addition to preparing for the main party
the
following evening. The second area of need is for clean-up Saturday night
after
the party. Peter Noris will chair the clean-up and is also in need of
a
few people to help. The clean-up should be pretty straight forward,
take
out the trash, clean the tables, and take down decorations and that sort of
thing.
AND you will qualify to take home left over
food. Please email me if you care to help in either
of
