Everyone, We will have an off-road ride this Sunday, August 30, at San Felasco. Meet at the bike trailhead, off SR 441 just south of Alachua. The ride will start at 8:30am, so be there and ready to ride by that time. The plan is to ride approximately 15 miles. Everyone is welcome to join our ride. For novice riders, you will have someone to ride with, and we will wait at all the turns so you will not get dropped. This is a good opportunity to become familiar with the trails at San Felasco for riders who have yet to explore the park. Be aware that the fee to get into the park is now $4 if you do not have a state park pass. I will be trail running following the ride, anyone is welcome to join me. I will be posting regular offroad rides once again after Labor Day Weekend - hopefully the weather will be more cooperative and the ticks and mosquitoes will be less of an issue as autumn approaches.
