It's that time again:  time for our next GCC Adopt-A-Road cleanup on Millhopper Road.  This one's scheduled for Sunday, June 6th, 2010 at 3 p.m.   We'll do our part to keep one of our favorite cycling routes looking fabulous. Oh, and then we'll EAT!

We need about 9 people for an optimal crew.  Willing helpers can email me or sign up via the Club's Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/home.php#!/group.php?gid=52474947811) if you are a Facebook user.

Please only sign up if you can commit to this event.  We usually have one or two back-ups available to help out in case someone must cancel on short notice, but no-shows just make the cleanup more difficult for everybody.  Please be considerate.

RSVP to me at foxally@xxxxxxx.   If  I don't acknowledge your RSVP, please follow up with a phone call.

Here's how it works:

On 06/08, park along NW 136th St north of Millhopper (close to CR 241).  Meet at 3 pm to get organized for a 3:15 pm sharp deployment.  Please don't be late; it's hard to get you supplied and assigned after we have started.   We'll split up into teams of 2 and clean up a 2-mile stretch of Millhopper Road, then head to a local eatery (we went to Piesano's at Hunter's Crossing last time, and it was very good) after we work up our appetite picking up the trash.

Hope to see you there!
