In three weeks, the Festival will be OVER. It’s getting really close. Our planning meetings are scheduled for the weekend of Oct 11, the special t-shirt deadline is just over a week away.
We have some gaping holes in our volunteer chart. We know that we need new persons to be the GCC Supervisor at Hague on Saturday, the Crew Chiefs at Flemington and Lunch on Sunday, and to drive the truck to the Trail on Sunday. These are MUST fill positions; we can’t operate without them.
We also have lots of openings for workers at Flemington and at Lunch on Sunday, and for SAG drivers on both days.
