A message from Doug Estok:

Greetings, all!  Mark your calendars, as next Thursday, March 15th, the Bike Route is hosting a Ladies Night Demo & Clinic, sponsored by Cannondale.  From 6:00-8:00pm (maybe later), we'll have a get-together at the shop just for women cyclists, and those who are interested in cycling.

The Cannondale Get-Out-and-Ride truck is driven by one of Cannondale's women's pro cycling racers, Tonya Bray.  She'll be discussing and demonstrating a wide variety of women's road, trail, triathlon and comfort/fitness bikes.  In addition, she'll be talking about bicycle fit, fitness and training, as well as nutrition and basic maintenance, all with a woman's perspective in mind.

Already have a bike you're happy with?  No problem...come spend time with other women cyclists in the area...share some good camaraderie.  Food and drink will be provided.

Come meet Bike Route's resident Ironman triathlete and Scott USA team member, Friderike Wilde.  She'll be leading out women's group rides, as well as doing transition training on weekends and women's maintenance clinics.

Again, that's Thursday, March 15, 6:00-8:00pm, at the Bike Route.  3429 W. Univ Ave., near Orion Fitness.  Call for info at 352.374.4550.

See the attached copy of the flyer for more details.

Hope to see you there!

Best regards,
