Hello...those prepping for the Horrible Hundred...this route was a great prep for 3 Gap & HFH.

Sunrise is 730...on Sunday, at @735-745 am I will be passing the Chevron at 43rd & Millhopper Road.  I'll be following most of the Santa Fe Cent 55 mile short route.  I will head west to Chestnut Hill and do it 5x steep west side...then on to Underwood Hill 5x on the 441 side, then on to the I75 overpass, 5x.  Then on to the huge hills just north of Alachua on 241...each side 5x.  That is 30 hill climbs and 60+ miles.  Between hill sets, look down cruising speed is about 19-20 mph.  Hill climbs are mostly for strength and endurace...the last one will always be for accel. power. After the last hill, head for home down 241 to MHopper to 43rd...over the last 15 miles, look down speed will increase to 21-22+mph.  No stops, we'll be home by about 1030-1045 am.

Anyone interested in going, I will look for you in the Chevron parking lot at @ 740 am.  It'll be 58 F...great weather for hammering some hills.
