Was westbound on Newberry Rd today and had a small, light, bright green newish looking car with small round tailights and an orange oblong advertisement  on its hatchback area swerve and buzz me today and came within 4 inches of hitting me at highway speed. This green is very bright (it would stand out in a parking lot) and the orange advertisement on the back will be very easy to spot again. I also think there was advertising on the side but not sure. I thought maybe itwas an accident but I also got hit with water from the windshield wipers as it went by.I'm new to road riding.. does this happen alot? People swerving on purpose to scare cyclists?
