At approximately 2:00 PM on August 12, 2006, at the Race2Replace event, attendees who are 13 years of age or older and who have pre-registered to participate, will have an opportunity to ride in a “Lap Led by Lance” (the “Event”). Lance Armstrong will "lead" a 2 ½ mile lap around the track for up to a maximum of 20,000 participants
