We're going to be teaching a free introductory bike maintenance
clinic this Sunday, November 14 at 12pm at the UF Track and Field Complex.
Free to attend, plus get free SWAG for showing
up!
Please note the time change from our previous clinics. This
weekend's clinic is at NOON, which gives you plenty of time to finish
your Sunday morning ride :)
All athletes who ride
bikes, including roadies, triathletes, fitness riders, etc, are welcome.
This clinic will cover a variety of essential bike maintenance
topics, such as:
Removing the wheels of your bike
Changing a
flat tire
Adjusting your cables
Adjusting the bolts on
your bike
Cleaning and lubing your chain and drivetrain
Adjusting the derailleurs
Adjusting other parts on your bike
(saddle, brake pads, handlebars, etc)
