Christmas will be here before we know it! And so will the Endless Summer Watermelon Ride. Time's a-wasting, so click the link at the bottom of this page so you can check "Register for the ESWR" off your to-do list.

This is our 20th ESWR and we are planning to make it FUN for everyone. It's in St Augustine where there is plenty to do for the whole family. Bring them for the weekend and enjoy bike racing on Saturday, including tricycle races and bike safety clinics for the kids. Also, there will be two bands performing Saturday night, a cycling Expo both days with plenty of bike demos, accessories and cycling apparel and then the ESWR on Sunday.

The events are taking place at the St Augustine Amphitheatre which is conveniently located directly adjacent the Anastasia State Park and Campground (go to http://www.floridastateparks.org/anastasia/  for information). There are also plenty of hotels, motels and bed & breakfasts to accommodate you and your family.

For lodging, attractions and activities go to http://www.getaway4florida.com/

The Boy Scouts of America, North Florida Chapter are sponsors and hosts for the racing events and are supplying a lot of the manpower required to put on this weekend, which is called the St Augustine Cycling Festival. The Scouts and  the St Johns County Recreation and Parks dept. are producing the Bicycle Expo. For more information on the Festival go to http://www.staugustinecyclingfestival.com/ .

Lots of information there, but it gives you everything you need to know to make your Endless Summer Watermelon Ride a big deal for the whole family this time.
