Water bottle, (not one of the $5 throw aways, but a brand name with gizmos), picked up on the Millhopper Road I-75 overpass Saturday morning.

Filled with some scary looking gooey white substance that was starting to warm up and move independently.

ID the bottle and I will get it back to you.
