Please note, last Thursdays ride was a little different than
normal because we had special guest visitors.  This week we'll go back to
the regular format for Thursday.

This weeks schedule is as follows:

Tuesday: Hard rotation, ~1:45 ride time.  Please remember, the sprint on
241 ends at Mebane Middle School, not past the stop sign in Alachua.

Thursday: Tempo, ~1:30 ride time.  We'll add short Peggy Road this week. 
This is a great ride for people looking for some intensity and speed work,
but are not interested in going as hard as we do on Tuesdays.

Time & Location: 6:00PM depart, NW Chevron.

Fast, hard, training ride.  The Tuesday ride usually ends up being
pretty fast with speeds hovering around 25-27 mph for most of the ride with
attacks reaching 30 mph at times.  The Thursday ride is more
sociable, with speeds hovering in the 23-25 range and a few sprints. 
We do NOT wait for those that get dropped, unless there is a mechanical
reason.  Please be familiar with the NW part of Gainesville.

As always, a helmet is required on all GCC rides.
