Our registration numbers are running ahead of last year (though it is early yet), so we are hoping for a good turnout for the Festival this year.

The deadline for ordering a special t-shirt (long sleeve, no sleeve, tank top, size XXL) is Wednesday.  If we don’t have it IN OUR HANDS when we place the production order for shirts on Wednesday afternoon, we’ll have to give you a standard t-shirt (we’ll order extras to sell to day-of-ride people).  Entries mailed Tuesday in Gainesville usually reach us Wednesday.

Last year at this time we had filled all of our volunteer slots, but we’re running somewhat behind this year.

·        We’re still short two SAG drivers for the Horse Farm Hundred. 

·        We do not have pace car drivers.

·        There are a number of registration openings.  YOU CAN DO THESE and still ride BOTH full centuries (Steve does this every year!). 

·        Easy job – we need someone to take Heed and bananas to the Boys Club Saturday morning and watch them.

·        Important jobs – help put out and retrieve signs for the rides.

·        Caterer – serve food to volunteers on Sunday, Monday, and Thursday before the rides.

Please sign up for the Festival through the Members Area on the club web site (http://gccfla.org/).  This increases accuracy and saves our input people work.  If you owe registration fees, you’ll need to mail your entry in.  Volunteers may not owe anything, and in that case won’t need to mail anything (but must sign up to get a shirt.)
