This week’s ride info:

New ride time which is not the usual day or time, so please don’t confuse it with the already posted ride for Saturday morning starting at Dylan’s Grove.

Day: Sunday, July 24th

Time: 6:00pm meeting, 6:15pm departure

Meeting Place: Parking lot in front of Publix at Steeplechase, on Newberry Road at NW 143rd Street in the Jonesville area. We’ll meet in the southern part of the parking lot just east of SunTrust so we are out of the way of the parking for those shopping.

Route and Mileage: The ride is 36 miles and here is a link to the map: http://www.mapmyride.com/routes/fullscreen/42650640/ This is an early evening ride intended to start as the temperature starts to drop and make for a relatively cool (for Florida), comfortable ride.

Pace: The HighBees ride pace is about 17-18 MPH. This is a friendly, no drop ride; we soft pedal or re-group at all turns when needed.

Membership Requirements: Please note that HighBee rides are open to all GCC members who wish to participate. Those that are non-members may ride with the group as a guest of a sponsoring member once without being required to be a member. Team VetMed members are welcome.
