Lots of free schwag and other hook-ups at the 4th Annual Fitness Extravaganza on Saturday May 7, 10 a.m to 2 p.m. at Haile Publix Market Square (off 91st Street). Kinetix will be giving free physical therapy screenings. There will also be massages, personal trainers, nutrition, footwear, and other services of interest to cyclists. I'll be there with Bike Works doing some basic safety fits on bikes. Come out and play.
