Hi Everyone, here are the sunset and sunrise group rides for this week...

Sunset Ride:  Wednesday May 30th, meet at 5:50pm at the Chevron (NW 43rd and 53rd) for a 6pm SHARP departure.  Count on an average speed of about 20mph, which means we typically cruise (on flats) at 20-22mph. and a distance of 23 miles.  We will regroup at turns.  Also the pace significantly increases once we get over the interstate hill coming back in on Millhopper.

Sunrise Ride:  Sunday June 3rd, meet at 6:50am  at the Chevron (NW 43rd and 53rd) for a 7am SHARP departure.  Count on an average speed of about 19.5mph, which means we often cruise (on flats) at 20-21mph, for a distance of 38 miles.   We will regroup at turns.  The pace will start to drive up once we  get on to the 441 for the last 4 miles of the ride.....
