I am looking for a handlebar with a 31.8 mm clamp with a 38 or 40 cm width.  I need 1 cheap, ie, $10'ish.  This is for a friend of mine.  Drop, reach, and anatomically shaped are not important, but I would like for her to try/look at it before purchase.  I have a 40 cm width handlebar with "old school" traditional bench that I could trade also.  My bars are 1 that is brand new, and 1 came off of a bike, so it's still new also.  Thanks.
