To all GCC members:

Recently there were two pavement related road hazards that Rob Wilt reported in an e-mail to GCC members. I reported them to a contact I have at FDOT and I got a reply from the District Maintenance Engineer in charge of Alachua and Bradford Counties. He resolved the two issues within 24 hours and said we should feel free to let him know of any other issues that arise. Keep in mind that his responsibility is only for state roads and not county roads. Any issues on county roads should be reported to the county public works department. I thought I would pass along his contact info to everyone in GCC. Any road hazards we can eliminate will make the roads safer for all of us.
