We got home near dusk last eve, so the ride will be 30, not 40 miles, to relieve tension--last night's ride got a little fast and a little dramatic from the darkness sneaking in (my bad!).

The rehash for tonight's ride is: 6pm from Bike Works parking lot, 19mph. I'll begin mile 312 of 400 I need by Saturday p.m. for my "Four Hundred on My Fortieth" miles, so I'd love the help.
