We are pleased to announce the GCC In Thailand tour for 2010. I have organized a special GCC members tour here in Thailand based on our popular Ancient Kingdoms Ride. The 12 day trip will explore the UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Ayutthaya, Sukhothai and Kamphaeng Phet in the central Chao Phrayao Plains of Thailand, before rolling north through the fantastic scenery and small ethnic villages of northern Thailand.
The trip which has been scheduled for December 6 to 17, 2010 will feature 3+ star boutique lodges and inns, most all your meals (delicious Thai cuisine of course), full support services of two vans, local English speaking guides (plus yours truly) and some awesome landscapes for cycling. Weather in December is quite pleasant, the rains are finished, days are warm and evenings crisp, perfect for pedaling. And we finish before the high season madness of the Christmas holidays.
The trip is priced at $1995 (about 20% off our standard price) for GCC members and their immediate families. Biking buddies who aren't GCC members pay our normal tour price $2450. Prices are person, double occupancy. Single rooms available at extra cost.
