It seems the S. Americans...Chileans in particular, have a few things to show Danny Macaskill, Jayson O'M., and many other urban MTB-Cobblestone-Time Trial riders a thing or two about how to shoot first person cycling video (I did miss the hilarious commentary, though), bomb downhill, and still be UCI compliant. Near the end, check out the sleeve of the rider...and listen to the UCI official.
