To all HighBees and those that would like to
ride
with us: Day:
Saturday, July 12th Time:
8:00am meeting, 8:15 departure Meeting Place:
LeStore, on the corner of Route and Mileage:
We will ride a modified version of the Western Loop going through
Wacahoota, Speed:
HighBee rides are typically16-17 MPH average; faster at times and slower on
climbs. This is a no drop ride; we re-group at all turns. When there is a
large
turnout, if there is a group that wishes to go faster than the typical
HighBee
pace, can feel free to break off from the main group at any point as
opposed to
changing the ride pace to suit the faster riders. This should accommodate
the
needs of all riders that have been riding with the
HighBees. If you are new to GCC
and
are looking for a weekly ride with a moderate ( Special Note: I know I said I was
going
to be out for a while to have foot surgery. The doctor prescribed lidocain
pads
for temporary relief of pain; and somehow after using them for a while the
pain
stopped. When I stopped using them it remained pain free so the doctor
suggested holding off on surgery. Also, please note
that I will
be out of town on Saturday, July 19th and August 2nd
and
9th. Hopefully someone else can post rides for those weeks.
Thanks, Mike Internal Virus Database is out-of-date.
