Saddle Tramps will ride Monday, September 5th, from Boulware Springs the site of the Club Picnic at the start of the Gainesville-Hawthorne Trail for approximately 31 miles, to Lake Shore Drive and around Newnans Lake, returning to the Trail @ C.R. 234 and back to Boulware.

Meet at the dirt parking lot at Boulware at 8:15 a.m. for a 8:30 a.m. departure. There will be a short rest stop at the boat ramp on Newnans Lake's east side where there are bathrooms. If need be, drinks or food can be purchased a few miles further at Tim's Fast Nickel prior to returning to the Trail. Our early start should avoid confusion with other ride group starts, and should bring us back to Boulware in plenty of time for the picnic.
