A big thanks to all who signed up as volunteers at the Labor Day Picnic. Please check the Festival Volunteer page on the club web site to make sure I got you slotted into the correct position (and didn’t miss you!).
If you helped out as a Registrar last year, we’ve penciled you in at the same time you worked last year. Please reply via email to confirm that you will be able to continue this year.
Festival Entry Certificates will be mailed to all club members, and should arrive starting on September 13. The certificate has the club member pricing for each of the events ($5 savings on each), and provides more options for t-shirts than are available to the general public.
If you would like to volunteer for a position, check the Festival Volunteer page to see what is available, and drop me an email with your preferences. I’ll process emails by the date sent in the event two of you are going for one choice position!
I’ll be out of the state for the next week, so if you phone me you will be using up my long distance minutes.
A lot of non-club members have already signed up using the club web site and Active.com, so we anticipate another good turnout for 2007!
