If you have never tried a Big Ron's Yoga class, you may do so gratis on Sat. 1/17 from 10 AM ti 11:45ish at 519 NW 10th ave. Bring a small face towel,a beach towel, and something to drink----mats are provided. Please arrive about 10 minutes early to fill out a brief "release" form.
