Below, from the active.com comments page...linked to gcc touring calendar, is the answer to one of my questions about the Frank Polack Memorial ride.  Looks like enough riders to have good range of skill levels.  I'm going to try and go down if I can work out having a car...2 car family with 3 drivers always makes that an interesting proposition.  Anyone going who has some space?  If I ride 62 mile route near the front should finish in ~3 hours, ~11 am, we could be back in Gainesville by ~12-12:30pm.  Thanks, Bob Howland

Here is that answer about total riders:

"Between mailed registrations and active.com registrations we are currently at 60 cyclists for this event. Online registration closes at midnight on Wednesday 5/28, so after that we will be accepting event-day only registrations at Hospice of Marion County. On Saturday 5/31 we are estimating a turnout of 80-110 cyclists."
