To All: Location: Desoto Park, Hague Date: 6/29/2011 6:00pm SHARP Same rules apply: NO Intervals, NO attacks and most
importantly NO LT training! If we can’t talk while on this ride we are going
too fast. This is a NO DROP ride, although you should be able to maintain
17 mph on the flats and not feel winded. The MOST important rule about the Wednesday ride is to
have FUN and recover from your Tuesday interval work. The rides will leave this Wednesday at DeSoto Park
(see map link) and will LEAVE at 6:00 pm. The ride length will be about an
1-1/2 hours to start and will progressively get longer as daylight
permits. Hope to see you at the Park!
