1) Wal-Mart BMX Mongoose. Has a flat and needs lube on the chain. Replace one brake cable/housing if you so desire... otherwise ridable.

2) Medium to large rigid MTB. I think all it needs is a seat (may have one for you), and maybe some brake and/or derailer cables and housing. With a new chain, it could be a decent, crappy campus commuter that won't ever be stolen. Or, maybe the chain just needs lube... it's out back... I can't remember.
