To Team VetMed and to GCC Members Who Would Like to Ride With Us (Now that the VetMed ride is an official Group Ride with GCC),

 

I am sending a reminder about tomorrow’s TVM ride meeting around 5:15 and rolling out at 5:30 (although waiting a few minutes  for anyone caught in traffic since UF is in session now;  who calls my cell to let me know; 665-6100). We’ll meet right in front of the vet school administration building. There is plenty of parking available in front or in the lot to the east of the building.

 

We’ll do our usual ride; with a return on Short Wachahoota this time for 31.5 miles. We’ve been doing 441 lately, so it would be nice to vary it and do Wachahoota on the return.

 

One last comment is that the Wednesday ride is supposed to be a 16-17 MPH ride and some of the past rides have been hammerfest and some riders are having a hard time hanging on, so let’s keep it back down to the normal pace and let everyone enjoy the ride. If we have a large enough group and there are some that want to do a sprint on Angle Road feel free to announce that and take off and we’ll re-group at the Pearl store. Last week the pace of the ride was great and it made for a good group ride.

 

Lastly, the weather report for this week is great, so it should be a good ride!!
