This week’s ride info:

Day: Saturday, October 2^nd

Time: 7:45am meeting, 8:00 departure

Meeting Place: Chevron Station, on the corner of NW 43^rd St and NW 53^rd Ave.

Route and Mileage: We will do a modified version of the Waldo Ride originally 63 miles and now 55 miles. We will be doing a route we haven’t ridden before to my recollection (no telling how good that is though). We’ll go out 53^rd to 121 and down to 39^th and out to SR 26 and on to Earleton, north to Waldo and turn to Monteocha , then south to Gainesville near the airport and back west on 53^rd Ave.

Pace: The HighBees ride pace is about 16-17 MPH. This is a friendly, no drop ride; we re-group at all turns when needed.

If you are new to GCC and are looking for a weekly ride with a moderate pace and moderate distance, please feel free to join us.

Membership Requirements: Please note that HighBee rides are open to all GCC members who wish to participate. Those that are non-members may ride with the group as a guest of a sponsoring member once without being required to be a member.
