I thought the club might be interested in some observed trail construction from my holiday driving.

1. Construction of the next section of the Palatka to Lake Butler trail. Activity observed going east from the current eastern terminus at Grandin through Florahome including placement of a very cool looking new steel bridge over a creek. Work does not appear to have reached as far as Etoniah Creek State Forest unless it's far enough off SR 100 to not be visible from the road.

2. Construction of a paved, off road trail going west from St. Augustine along the north side of SR 207 west of I-95. This doesn't go real far yet.
