Hi everyone:

Not sure if you all check FBA's blog at all, but this little movie from their link is really interesting. Shall we move Gainesville - by bike? Here's their blog link: http://flabicycle.blogspot.com/

If you're looking for a great item for holiday giving (or as a present to yourself) and you are not a member of FBA, please consider joining http://www.floridabicycle.org/    Interestingly enough I read an article in their Fall '07 Messenger publication that this is the first time since 1999 FBA isn't getting any funding from FDOT. Or if you're tag is up for renewal and don't currently have a Share the Road tag - consider that as well http://www.sharetheroad.org/

We have to support those who can speak on our behalf in Tallahassee. Please keep them in mind.

FlaBikes

A Moving Little Film

Thanks to Adventure Cycling for the following:

This link takes you to a very cool video filmed in Portland, Oregon. It shows a herd of bicyclists helping a woman move her household goods from one abode to another. The riders can be seen hauling items as large as couches and a boat (maybe).
