Mtn Bikers,

On Saturday, December 17 there will be an offroad ride at the Santos Trailhead (near Ocala) at 9am. (see map at: http://omba.org/index.php/Trailhead-Locations.html). We will ride the cross-country trails out past the I-75 Landbridge to the 49th Ave/Nayl's trails (approx 30-40 miles total at a moderate pace). The majority of these trails are flat and non-technical with a few exceptions (Twister and Nayls). This will be a good endurance training ride for anyone signed up for the Tour de Felasco. If riders want to ride the more technical blue/red trails, we can split into two groups. I may also do a trail run after the ride so if that interests you, be sure to bring along running clothes too.

If you decide to join us, please be sure to RSVP so I know who will be meeting us at the trailhead. Also, anyone interested in carpooling arrangements, let me know ahead of time so I can help match up rides down to the trailhead. If you have never ridden with our group and don't know me, you can find me at the trailhead parking lot with a black honda fit/black Be One hardtail.
