SPECIAL RIDE PLAN FOR THIS WEEK:

Day: Saturday, January 24th   

Time: 10:15 am meeting, 10:30 am departure

Meeting Place: Parking lot in front of Hitchcock’s Supermarket, on US 441 in Alachua. We’ll meet in the outer part of the parking lot so we are out of the way of the parking for those shopping.

Route and Mileage: We will ride to Oleno State Park for the (hopefully no too) Chilly Chili Cook-Off. Following the event we will ride back to Alachua.

Pace: The HighBees ride pace is about 16 MPH; a little faster based on terrain and slower on climbs. This is a friendly, no drop ride; we re-group at all turns when needed.

If you are new to GCC and are looking for a weekly ride with a moderate pace and moderate distance, please feel free to join us.
