It has a 21", blue, rigid, cro-mo frame, a 31" standover height, t-style handlebars, 26" alloy wheels, q/r alloy hubs (front & back), alloy center-pull brakes, alloy seat post, a Serfas comfort seat, & a 3 piece alloy crank.
