On Sunday Feb 8 Strays will ride 26 - 30 miles. This ride will take in Alachua, Hainesworth, and Lacrosse. If any one hasn't seen the Cellon Oak or the TOTU we may venture there.
 
 Arrive at the home of Rob and Velvet at 10:15  am to depart at 10:30 am.
 
 Speed 2.5 - 46 mph, depending on terrain. Average speed  has typically been 12 - 14 mph in recent times . This ride is mostly flat except for the hills on the way out of Alachua.
 
There will be  two convenience store / rest room stops during the ride, at about 10 mile intervals.
 
No pace lines, no racing, no wheel sucking, just a fun social ride.
 
  Helmets are REQUIRED on all Strays rides, mirrors recommended, headphones forbidden.

To get to our house:
From the intersection of 441 and 121, head north on 121 for 6.5 miles to the intersection of 340 and 121. There will be a flashing yellow light above the intersection. Proceed east (right) on 340 (NW 156th ave). for  half a mile. After leaving the 121 - 340 intersection you will go down in to a valley, then as you come to the top of the hill you will see a large oak tree to the right. Our house is on the right just before that oak tree. A GCC bumper sticker hangs below the mailbox. Park in the driveway, or if the driveway is full, in the yard. 3425 NW 156th ave.
