For Wednesday riders, I was off on my estimate of the distance, and stand corrected herein.

Hi Melinda,

Having made that ride a few times, I think you will find the distance to be more like 31 - 33 miles, depending on the final route.

If you were to start and finish at the 234 trail point, the loop would be 20 miles.

Have a good ride.

Rob

Pedalers will ride Wednesday June 9th , at 8:30 a.m. from Boulware Springs around Newnan's Lake on Lake Shore Drive, Hwy 26 to Windsor, and back to the Gainesville-Hawthorne Trail on Hwy 234.  The loop is about 26 miles.  Be there by 8:20 a.m. for a prompt start to beat the heat.  Some of the ride will be shaded.

Questions: call Melinda (352,  373-1023) home.

For late calls--cell:   373-1026 for Melinda
