To All:

The time is drawing near for the racing season to start and the event that kicks it off, The Bring It On series, will once again take place. The event will take place on the following dates January 19, January 26 and February 2. We are looking for volunteers to man the three intersections to protect riders from any traffic on the course. The race will take place from 2-5 pm each day of the event. We would also like volunteers to help set-up and tear down before and after the race. These volunteers would need to come about 1-1/2 hours before the race or stay about an hour after the race. We want to make sure the property is left in better shape then we found it when the races are finished.

These races are very low key so the atmosphere around this event is about having fun and not about putting on some high profile Pro-Tour race. So even if you don’t now anything about racing you can rest assured you will be welcomed to not only volunteer but to come out and have a fun afternoon of racing or watching.

More information about the event can be found at:

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or would like to volunteer for the event or any individual race.

Thanks

Scott J. Pfaff
