Gainesville Cycling Club's annual meeting is Saturday, March 7 at the United Church of Gainesville, corner of NW 5th Ave. and NW 17th Street.  Festivities start at 5:00 p.m. with dinner starting at 6:30 p.m. The dinner will feature our famous Spaghetti Sauce contest. 

 

The Club will provide various pasta's,  at least two spagehetti sauces (both vegetarian), lots of salad and soft drinks.  

 

You don't need to bring a thing, however please RSVP (to chanbike@xxxxxxx)  so we know how much food to prepare.

 

If you would like to bring a food offering, we would be delighted.  There is the Spaghetti Sauce contest for those who would like to make their favorite sauce.  We particularly need deserts and  also salads and beverages.  Prizes will be awarded to the best in each of those catagories (sauces, deserts, salads and beverages).   Every person who brings a homemade food offering will win a prize.

I also need adult supervision and can use one or two volunteers to help in the kitchen.  Please let me know if you can help.
