Subject: GCCMail: Lo Bee ride for Saturday, January 13 from Flemington

This Saturday we will meet at Flemington for a 35 mile ride through the horse farm country. Meet at 9am for a 9:15am departure. Expect a speed of 16-17 mph. In event of inclement weather, the ride will be postponed to Sunday at the same time and place. There will be one rest stop in Lowell.

Flemington Community Park is one block north of the intersection of CR 329 and CR 318 in Marion County.  CR 329 is the extension of Alachua CR 234 going southwest from Micanopy (the Micanopy exit on Interstate 75).  CR 318 is the east-west road that is the Irvine exit (exit 368) on Interstate 75.  The corner of 318 and 329 is about five miles west of I-75, at the four-way stop sign.  From Gainesville, the easiest way to get there is to go south on I-75 until the Micanopy exit and then take a right at the exit ramp stop sign. In about five miles you will come to Flemington Community Park on your right.
